- 🚀 Stay informed about updates: With busy schedules in your restaurant, it might be difficult for you to find out what is new in DISH Reservation. That is why we from today on will notify you, whenever there is something new worth sharing. Simply check here or click "Subscribe" at the top of this page for email updates.
What's new:
- 🚀 Let your guests know what they can expect: Share important information in the widget with guests before they make a reservation, e.g. that they can stay for 2 hours, that you don't accept delays of more than 15 minutes or that you don't serve special dietary restrictions. For this, simply add "additional information to your guests" in the reservation widget here.
- 🚀Surprise your guests by remembering what's important to them: Guests like it when you remember what they care about (e.g. special food, drink or seat preferences). That is why you can now add "internal guest notes" to your reservations. Next time the person comes, this note will appear on the reservation.
- 🚀 Be more flexible in managing your reservation capacity: Flexibly manage your reservation capacity, by blocking certain tables for online reservations in your settings. This allows you to keep tables free for walk-ins, special guests or an unexpected increase of guests.
- 🚀 We removed guest comments from SMS: SMS on reservations and reservations request will not show guest comments.
- 🚀 Notification for guest feedback only per E-Mail: You will now be notified about guest feedback exclusively per E-Mail, and no longer also per SMS.
