1. Save time with auto-suggestions when entering a new reservation
🚀 News:
Reservation managers can now save valuable time when entering new reservations to DISH Reservation. As soon as you start typing the first name or telephone number of returning guests, our system will automatically suggest their full contact and guest details. This complements the ability to search by last name. With this feature, you can:
- Efficiently retrieve guest information without having to manually enter all details.
- Reduce the risk of errors by using pre-existing guest data.
- Improve your guests' experience by personalising your interactions with quick access to stored information about them.
2. Easily add recurring reservations for your guests
Would you like to easily create a series of reservations for some of your guests? Or do you wish to simply block tables for online reservations on a regular basis (e.g., because you need them for a brunch buffet on Sundays)? Good news! This feature is now available.
Simply click on the date field, select multiple dates, confirm with OK, and save. You can add up to 52 dates. The reservations will appear on both the table plan and list view (available only for DISH Professional and DISH Premium subscriptions).
3. Find out who in your team created a reservation
Tracking who created a reservation can be very convenient. Whether you need clarity on a guest's request, more context about special wishes, or want to give feedback to the staff member, knowing who to talk to is a good start.
To activate this feature, go to the reservations section in your settings and toggle on 'Assign Reservation Creator.' Staff members will need to add their names to each reservation they create, making it easy to identify them. Available only for DISH Professional and DISH Premium subscriptions.
