Outage warning and introducing Mergeport in Germany
🚀 New:
- We have introduced an alternative Aggregator Partner (POS Product family) for DE: Mergeport
- We introduced a new functionality for customer success team to identify outages in an early stage by warning if spike on incoming call amounts is registered
🌟 Updates:
- We changed the behavior when a case is originated in Instant Messaging channel to don't send case Creation/Modify/Closure email.
- We implemented for Vonage functionlity to Link Video Calls to their related Accounts so that an Agent can easily navigate and analyze the call sessions.
🔧 Fixes:
- We fixed an issue which leads in special cases to not activating a paid order
